Treatment Programs

Evidence-based programs tailored to your unique recovery needs

Medical Detox

Our medical detoxification program provides the safest possible start to recovery. Under the continuous supervision of physicians and registered nurses, clients undergo withdrawal management with 24/7 vital sign monitoring, comfort medications, and medication-assisted treatment when clinically appropriate.

Detox at CCR Rehab typically lasts 3 to 7 days, depending on the substance and individual health factors. Our medical team creates personalized protocols for each client, ensuring that discomfort is minimized while safety remains the top priority. Upon completion, clients transition seamlessly into our residential or outpatient programs for continued care.

Residential Treatment

Our residential treatment program immerses clients in a structured, supportive environment where they can focus entirely on recovery. Programs typically run 30 to 90 days and include individual therapy, group counseling, psychoeducation, and experiential activities — all within the peaceful surroundings of our Napa Valley campus.

Each client works with a dedicated treatment team to develop a personalized care plan that addresses the root causes of their addiction. Daily programming incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, relapse prevention training, life skills development, and wellness activities including fitness, nutrition guidance, and mindfulness practice. Our 61-bed facility provides a close-knit community atmosphere where lasting peer connections form naturally.

Outpatient Program

Our outpatient program offers flexible, structured treatment for clients who have completed residential care or whose clinical needs allow them to continue living at home while receiving intensive support. We offer both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient tracks, meeting three to five days per week depending on the level of care.

Outpatient clients participate in group therapy, individual counseling, family sessions, and relapse prevention workshops at our facility. This program allows individuals to apply recovery skills in real-world settings while maintaining employment, education, or family commitments — all with the ongoing clinical guidance of our treatment team.

Dual Diagnosis

Many individuals struggling with addiction also face co-occurring mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or bipolar disorder. Our dual diagnosis program treats both conditions simultaneously, recognizing that lasting recovery requires addressing the complete clinical picture.

Led by Dr. Priya Mehta and our psychiatric team, clients receive comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, individualized medication management, and specialized therapy modalities including EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy. By integrating mental health care directly into our addiction treatment framework, we help clients build a stable foundation for sustained sobriety.
